Return Policy
Because our smoothies are made with fresh, frozen ingredients, we handle returns a little differently than non-perishable products. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Try myBloom Smootheez risk-free. If you don’t love the taste of any flavor, this Great Taste Guarantee will make it right.
How It Works
First-time buyers
We get it, trying something new can be daunting. We want to make this easier for you. This Great Taste Guarantee is available to first-time customers, as identified by email, phone number, payment method, or shipping address.
14-Day Window
Contact us at hello@mybloom-superfoods.com within 14 days of delivery if you aren’t fully satisfied with the taste. We will email you a return form to fill out to initiate the return process as well as a return shipping label.
Store Credit or Refund
Choose between:
- Store credit for the unused product value, valid for 1 year at mybloom-superfoods.com. Store credit may be gifted to a friend or family member if you prefer. The return postage will be deducted from the credit issued; however a free shipping credit will be included to ship the new order.
- Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of return receipt of unused products, if received in accordance with shipping instructions, minus the cost of the return postage.
Return Requirement
To qualify, you must return the unused smoothie kits in their original, unopened packaging. We’ll provide detailed return instructions and a shipping label.
The fine print
- The Great Taste Guarantee applies only to the flavor(s) not enjoyed and for the first order.
- Refunds or credits cover only unused, unopened kits, up to 3 kits per flavor.
- Guarantee is limited to a total maximum of 6 kits over several flavors.
What Happens to Returns
Returned smoothie kits are responsibly disposed of in accordance with food safety standards, even if unopened.

Scheduling Delivery

During checkout, you’ll be able to select a 2-hour delivery window that works best for you.

Please choose a time slot when you know someone will be home to receive your order.

If needed, you can reschedule to a new time slot as long as you request the change at least 4 hours before the start of your scheduled delivery window.

Our local delivery drivers will do their best to deliver according to the (reasonable) delivery instructions entered at checkout.
When Things Go Wrong
If your order arrives in poor condition due to something on our end, we’ll do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may:

Send you a replacement,

Issue store credit, or
-
Provide a refund (full or partial).
The resolution will depend on the details of the claim, and in some cases we may ask for additional information or photos to help us investigate.
Returns & Condition

If a return or refund is approved, we will provide instructions as well as a shipping label for the return package by email shortly after a claim is filed.
- To qualify, any unused products must be returned to us according to instructions provided before a replacement, credit or refund is issued. Items not returned will not be refunded.

Opened or partially consumed smoothie kits cannot be returned.
Delivery Responsibility
To keep your smoothies safe, it’s important that you’re available to receive your delivery at the agreed-upon time.

If your products become thawed because they weren’t placed into a freezer promptly (i.e. within 1-2 hours) after delivery, this is not covered under our policy.

Our deliveries are made by local drivers, and we work closely with you to schedule a delivery time when someone will be at the delivery address.

Need to reschedule? No problem — just let us know at least 4 hours before the agreed delivery time and we’ll adjust at no cost.
No Returns Outside This Policy
Because our products are frozen and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than those specifically outlined in this policy. This means we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, ordering mistakes, an intolerance of any of the ingredients, or any other circumstance unrelated to product quality or delivery issues that are the fault of myBloom.
