Our smoothies are crafted to be creamy, velvety, and indulgent — almost like a milkshake — but without sacrificing health. Each blend is packed with real fruit, high-quality protein, and probiotics from non-fat Greek yogurt - giving you a flavor that’s as nutritious as it is delicious. Each pouch makes about 22–26 ozs of smoothie, depending on how much liquid you add to achieve your desired thickness. That’s enough for one very large, meal-sized smoothie or two smaller 12 oz servings, if you're willing to share.
Each smoothie kit is made with a thoughtfully balanced mix of:

Our smoothie kits are frozen and perishable, so they should go straight into your freezer as soon as they arrive. They’ll stay fresh and ready to blend until the 'best by' date printed on the package, typically around 9 months.
When you’re ready to enjoy, just pull a kit from the freezer and add to 10-12 ozs of your preferred liquid* in the blender, and blend thoroughly — it's as easy as that. Your smoothie is ready in 60 seconds! For the best taste and texture, serve within 5-10 minutes of blending.
*We recommend milk, oat milk or almond milk for the creamiest taste.
We recommend blending your smoothie kits with milk (organic whole or 2%) because it creates the richest, creamiest texture and helps bring out the natural flavors of the fruit and yogurt. Milk also adds extra protein, calcium, Vitamin D and other nutrients, making your smoothie even more satisfying and nutritious. You can always substitute with almond milk or oat milk — but for the ultimate creamy experience, milk is our go-to.

Because our smoothies are frozen, timing matters! Selecting a delivery day and time slot allows you to make sure someone can receive your order and transfer it directly from our insulated delivery bag to your freezer ASAP. For subscriptions, notifications will be sent several days before the scheduled delivery to verify a convenient delivery time.
All orders with a value of $99 or more -after applicable discounts- will ship free.
All frozen smoothie kits are packaged in insulated delivery bags to keep them cold for the journey. As soon as they arrive, transfer the smoothie kits into your freezer.
During the initial phase of our expansion plan, we will be exclusively delivering to the greater New York City area. To be kept informed when we start delivering nationally, join our community by entering your email address in the footer below.
At check-out, you will be able to select a delivery day and time slot as well as enter special delivery instructions. All deliveries happen by local couriers. Because the smoothie kits need to remain frozen, it is important that someone can receive the delivery and transfer them to the freezer right away. Delivery windows can be updated up until 4 hours before a scheduled delivery. If no one is home, the package will be left near the door.
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of the smoothie kits, it is important that someone is available to receive the delivery. At check-out you can select a delivery date and time that works best for you. All deliveries are made with insulated shipping bags that will keep shipments frozen for several hours.
