Shipping Policy
We’re excited to deliver your Smootheez to you fresh-frozen and ready to enjoy! Because our products are perishable, we have some special guidelines to make sure everything arrives in great condition. Please review this policy before placing your order.
Scheduling Delivery (Local)
- During checkout, you’ll be able to select a date and time slot that works best for you.
- Please select a time when you know someone will be able to receive your order.
- If needed, you can reschedule your delivery at no cost up to 4 hours before your scheduled time by sending an email to hello@mybloom-superfoods.com. Include your order number and updated preferred delivery time, which we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.
- At check out, you will be able to enter ‘Special Delivery Instructions’. Please be as specific as possible to make sure your package is left in good hands.
- Our local delivery drivers will do their best to honor any reasonable delivery notes you leave at checkout.
Delivery Zones
- We currently deliver within the Greater New York City area.
- At checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your ZIP code to confirm shipment availability and then to select a delivery time slot when someone can receive the shipment.
- Our delivery partners will complete the delivery according to the Special Delivery Instructions you provide at checkout (e.g., leave with doorman, use door code, leave with neighbor, etc.).
Delivery Confirmation
- Deliveries are considered complete once the package is delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, and time of delivery is noted.
- To maintain product quality, please ensure that the contents of your package are placed in the freezer within 2 hours of delivery.
- myBloom Superfoods cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or due to a delay in placing items into the freezer after delivery. See complete Return Policy.
Frozen Packaging & Handling
- All Smootheez are shipped frozen with insulated liners and frozen gel packs designed to keep your products safe until the end of your delivery window.
- The gel packs are reusable, biodegradable and non-toxic.
- The shipping box is reusable and recyclable.
Delivery Issues & Exceptions
- If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered.
- Contact details for our support team are included inside your package, or send an email to hello@mybloom-superfoods.com.
- If we are not notified promptly, the order may not qualify for replacement or credit.
- Please note that claims related to delays in moving products from the packaging into a freezer after delivery are not covered under our Return Policy.
Missed Deliveries
- If no one is home during your scheduled delivery time, the package will be left in accordance with the Special Delivery Instructions provided at checkout (e.g., leave with doorman, use door code, leave with neighbor, etc.).
- If no instructions are provided, the package will be left by your door.
- Packages may not be returned as undeliverable.
- myBloom Superfoods is not responsible for product quality or for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed.
